The ideal candidate will develop strategic marketing plans and lead generation activities, supporting the organization in its mission for equitable access to quality math instruction while collaborating closely with sales teams.

Who We Need:
All Learners Network (ALN) seeks a highly-motivated, self-starting Marketing Manager: Institutional Partnerships to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by generating awareness and qualified leads for K12 district and state accounts. This role is responsible for developing marketing assets and strategies that support the full institutional buyer and customer journey, from initial engagement to advocacy. Success requires a strong understanding of the K12 B2B sales process and seamless collaboration with both sales and the Digital Marketing Manager. This hybrid position (1 day/week in Burlington, VT, or fully in-person) requires minimal travel (<10%).

Salary Range:
The hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000/year.
