Responsibilities

  • UA Optimization : Manage the daily operations of user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Applovin, Moloco, Liftoff, IronSource, Unity Ads, and others. Leverage data to drive investment decisions that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and scale efficiently.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis : Track and analyze the user acquisition strategies and ad creatives of both direct and indirect competitors. Share insights and emerging trends to ensure our efforts remain competitive and ahead of the curve.
  • Channel Strategy & Ownership : Build deep expertise in the mechanics and algorithms of your assigned UA platforms. Lead channel strategy, negotiate terms, and collaborate with external partners to access alpha and beta opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with analytics, product marketing, and creative teams to align on test planning, performance evaluation, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Performance Reporting : Deliver detailed reporting and insights on campaign and channel performance. Highlight patterns, uncover opportunities, and inform future strategy through data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms including Moloco, Applovin, Liftoff, IronSource, and Unity Ads.
  • Strong interest in the mobile free-to-play model, with an understanding of metrics like LTV, ARPU, and CPI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and / or Google Workspace.
