Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Director SURGICEL brand lead on end-to-end brand strategy including platform segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, claims, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing to ensure flawless global implementation of the brand strategies and ongoing program execution.
  • Participate as a key member of the project leadership team, driving clinical objectives, while balancing schedule and resourcing. Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Regional Marketing, Finance, GSI, and key customers in planning, coordinating, and sequencing product launches and line extensions.
  • Provide commercial input to the development of product concepts through the new product development process, including insights and voice of customers, business planning, target product profiles, and launch execution.
  • Lead the Hemostasis Optimization Program, collaborating with the broader GSM Biosurgery team, Regional Marketing, GSI, Medical Affairs, and HEMA to develop future strategies.
  • Ensure financial targets are met within budgets and timeframes, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of progressive business experience
  • 3 years of proven experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Experience with Marketing Excellence and Launch Excellence principles
  • Excellent cross-functional influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships
Preferred:
  • Advanced Degree (MBA, MS)
  • Experience in healthcare and Medical Device industries
  • Regional or Global marketing experience
  • Product development experience including needs assessment, portfolio, and lifecycle management
  • Supply chain, global brand management, influencing sales force, new product launch experience
  • Customer insight development and utilization
  • Experience working in a global organization with multidisciplinary teams

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $100,000 - $172,500.

This role is eligible for performance-based bonuses and other incentives according to company policies.
