Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple channels. You will lead content development, digital marketing, and pursuit marketing while ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.

The role requires collaboration with Business Development, Sales, Preconstruction, and Estimating teams to translate market insights into compelling messaging, campaigns, and winning proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Masters degree or professional marketing certifications (PMP, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar) preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably B2B, professional services, construction, engineering, or technical industries.
• Proven experience leading content marketing, digital marketing, and integrated growth campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience planning and executing trade shows, client events, and industry conferences with measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead content marketing, digital marketing, and growth campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop and manage sales enablement and pursuit materials, including proposals and client-facing collateral.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional teams to align marketing with revenue goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize trade shows, events, and campaigns to deliver measurable ROI.
