ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager-Sales Enablement to lead content development, digital marketing, and pursuit strategies across our office network (St. Louis, MO; New Castle, PA; Allentown, PA; Clinton, MD).

You will partner with Business Development, Sales, and Estimating to translate market insights into compelling messaging and growth campaigns. The role requires strong project management, storytelling, and hands-on leadership to drive brand consistency and measurable

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional marketing certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B, professional services, construction, engineering, or technical industries.
• Proven experience leading content marketing, digital marketing, and integrated growth campaigns across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated success developing and managing sales enablement and pursuit materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develops strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Leads content development, digital marketing, and pursuit marketing efforts while protecting brand consistency.
• Partner with Business Development, Sales, Preconstruction, and Estimating to translate market insights into messaging and campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and optimize growth marketing campaigns including email, PPC, and social media.
• Support lead generation and client retention through aligned campaigns and processes.
