Join a team of marketers serving as strategic partners to Health Plan leadership across the Sanford Health Enterprise.

This role collaborates with operational partners to assess new growth initiatives, determine marketing needs, strategize, allocate resources, and establish execution timelines.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, possess strong marketing acumen, and be capable of collaborating across teams to launch and mature marketing initiatives for handoff.

Based ideally in the WI/MN region, with the ability to work from our Marshfield, WI office or travel there monthly or quarterly.

Job Summary

This role acts as a strategic marketing partner to Health Plan leadership, assessing new growth initiatives for marketing needs, strategy, and execution. It involves leading growth initiative marketing strategies, managing marketing team members, aligning with operational leaders, managing content and messaging, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns within budget.

It emphasizes system thinking, consistent messaging, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, industry trend monitoring, data interpretation, and strategic continuity across the marketing team, leveraging shared work while addressing regional nuances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience, preferably in healthcare; leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Marshfield, WI, or work in the office regularly if local.
