Agropur seeks a Marketing Manager in Eden Prairie, MN to lead marketing and communications for focused business segments. The role oversees all facets of the business unit’s marketing operations and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Marketing, at least five years in marketing communications and project management, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. French knowledge for Quebec roles is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Minimum five years of marketing communications and project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all facets of the business unit’s marketing program including integrated marketing communications, planning of white papers, technical bulletins, presentations, press releases, ad campaigns, tradeshows, conferences, events, and gifts.
• Manage all aspects of new product launches from research through launch to reporting.
• Research market trends and suggest new products and marketing tactics to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide timely reports on measurement to VP Marketing and Creative and other leaders.
• Coordinate as the marketing point of contact between R&D, Finance, Sourcing, Sales & OPS, and Production.
• Prepare yearly marketing plan, long/short-term strategy, and benchmarks.
• Schedule and maintain multi-media marketing tools: email campaigns, webinars, online video, social media.
• Analyze analytics and communicate metrics to sales and management.
