We're seeking a Marketing Manager - Demand Generation to lead high-impact, channel-specific strategies and integrated campaigns that drive revenue growth and amplify our leadership in the industrial tools market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute targeted marketing plans for high-value end-user segments through distributors, direct channels, and field initiatives, aligning with sales to hit revenue and margin goals.
  • Craft Impactful Campaigns: Design multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, email, social media, content, trade shows, and distributor programs) that generate qualified leads, boost brand awareness, and deliver a seamless brand experience.
  • Leverage Data for Success: Use CRM and analytics tools to track KPIs, analyze sales performance, and optimize campaigns, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Partner with Sales, Product, Service, and external agencies to create tools, assets, and programs that empower our field teams and elevate our market presence.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Experience: 5+years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and revenue accountability.
  • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or tools markets is a plus.
  • Key Traits: Results-driven with extreme ownership, creative problem-solving, adaptability to change, and clear, persuasive communication skills.
