Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager - Demand Creation for Upstream Chemicals. You will lead greenfield projects in the Western Hemisphere, building key relationships with global oil producers and guiding technical and commercial aspects of project design.

The role focuses on ensuring our products are preferred for execution, leveraging lifetime value, with cross-functional collaboration to pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemist from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Upstream Chemicals Offshore experience.
  • Previous experience in a sales, commercial or business development role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and lead greenfield projects in the western hemisphere, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major global oil producers (e.g., ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, ENI, Petrobras).
  • Provide technical and commercial expertise to influence project design and specification.
  • Ensure our products and services are preferred for project execution, leveraging lifetime project value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Partner with the best

As a Green Field project team member, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth and success in the FPSO market. By leveraging their expertise and relationships, we will be able to differentiate ourselves from competitors through technical excellence and commercial acumen and build strong relationships with major global oil producers, securing repeat business and referrals. This will allow us to increase our market share in the FPSO sector, driving revenue and profitability growth and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects, enhancing our reputation and credibility.

As a Marketing Manager - Demand Creation, you will be responsible for:

Required Qualifications:
