Our real estate client is seeking a Marketing Manager for a remote freelance opportunity.

You must be able to work for 3-4 months from 8AM-5PM.

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing for Technology and Data, you will play a crucial role in developing core marketing materials to drive sales and adoption of our key technology products across both our Advisory and Facilities Management businesses. This role is primarily focused on supporting our Occupier Services Sales teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact within a fast-paced, global organization. You will be working on a variety of exciting projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and contributing to the success of technology offerings.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team that creates and implements marketing campaigns for product lines, services, and market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling marketing materials: Create high-quality, engaging content including one-pagers, videos, presentations, case studies, and other sales enablement assets that clearly articulate the value proposition of our technology products.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand product features, target audiences, and marketing objectives. Work with design teams to oversee the production of marketing materials such as videos, ensuring they are on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Conduct Market Research: Gather insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably within the technology or commercial real estate industry.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling marketing copy.
  • Experience in creating various types of marketing content (one-pagers, videos, presentations, etc.).
  • Experience working with design teams and managing creative projects.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and presenting ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Bright, organized, creative, analytical, and not afraid to ask questions.
