Job Description

The Marketing Manager, Content Execution is responsible for writing, developing, and delivering content that supports approved partner marketing strategies across key ecosystems, including retail, financial institutions (FI), independent software vendors (ISVs), merchant service providers (MSPs), strategic alliances, and other partner segments. This is a hands‑on execution role focused on turning established marketing priorities into high-quality, audience-focused content and managing delivery from brief through completion. This role connects Product Marketing and Partner Channel Marketing by translating approved positioning, audience needs, and partner go‑to‑market plans into compelling content across the buyer journey. The individual coordinates briefs, drafts, stakeholder feedback, and final assets to keep content accurate, aligned, and ready for use. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the individual will collaborate with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, and external agencies to produce and deliver content that supports awareness, demand generation, adoption, and customer lifecycle marketing. The role owns day-to-day content execution rather than overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Delivery & Production Planning Maintain the partner-focused editorial calendar and production schedule based on approved marketing priorities, product launches, and channel growth objectives.
  • Translate Product Marketing and Channel Marketing plans into actionable content briefs, deliverables, timelines, and production tasks.
  • Apply approved messaging frameworks to create audience‑specific content for partner segments including Financial Institutions, ISVs, MSPs, referral partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines; follow established content governance and measurement processes; and flag delivery risks early.
  • Content Development & Execution Write, edit, repurpose, and deliver content across all stages of the buyer journey, from awareness through retention and expansion, managing drafts, revisions, and final production.
  • Use approved generative AI tools to accelerate content workflows, drafting, editing, and repurposing while retaining human judgment and accountability for accuracy, originality, audience relevance, brand alignment, and final quality.
  • Validate outputs and follow applicable privacy, compliance, and review requirements.
  • Develop a broad range of content assets including:
    • Thought leadership articles
    • Executive POVs
    • Industry insights
    • Long‑form content and guides
    • Case studies and customer stories
    • Videos and video scripts
    • Landing page content
    • Email nurture content
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination Gather approved product positioning, value propositions, competitive differentiation, and supporting information from Product Marketing Managers to develop accurate content.
  • Coordinate content requirements and delivery with Channel Marketing teams to support partner recruitment, enablement, engagement, and growth programs.
  • Coordinate creative development, reviews, and asset handoffs with Creative, Digital, Communications, and Demand Generation teams to deliver content across channels.
  • Manage day‑to‑day briefs, assignments, feedback, quality checks, and deadlines with external agencies, freelance writers, production partners, and content vendors.
  • Performance Optimization Monitor and analyze content performance, engagement metrics, demand generation outcomes, and lifecycle marketing effectiveness.
  • Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to revise copy, refresh assets, and improve content effectiveness.
  • Conduct content audits and update, repurpose, or coordinate retirement of existing assets as needed.
  • Apply SEO/GEO, digital experience, and content personalization guidance to content deliverables where applicable.
  • Stakeholder Management Serve as a trusted marketing partner to Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage content intake, confirm scope and requirements, coordinate reviews and approvals, and schedule work according to agreed priorities across multiple teams.
  • Provide stakeholders and leadership with concise updates on deliverables, timelines, review needs, delivery risks, and content performance.
Skills & Competencies
  • Hands‑on content execution, editorial scheduling, and delivery management
  • Strong writer skillset, with the ability to independently draft, edit, and refine clear, compelling, audience‑focused content; translate complex concepts into accessible language; and adapt tone, structure, and messaging across formats and channels.
