Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role in a B2B/B2C environment.
• Agency experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and translate findings into insights.
• Brand Activation of campaigns across digital, social media, email, trade shows/events and traditional methods.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Marketing Communications to distribute blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and optimization recommendations.
• Assist the Manager, Brand Marketing in organizing promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales goals and provide needed materials.
• Manage and maintain the marketing budget and corporate card reconciliation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
