Job summary

Team JCK LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand engagement in Eugene, OR. This role drives local marketing plans, partnerships with restaurant leaders, and community initiatives to increase guest traffic and sales.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, analyze campaigns, and expand digital marketing, loyalty programs, and events. A Bachelor’s in marketing or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred. Some travel to communities and events is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurants, franchises, retail, or multi-unit environments.
• Local Store Marketing experience.
• Experience with grand openings, community partnerships, fundraising, or sales-focused marketing.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create local marketing plans and promotions that increase guest traffic and sales.
• Partner with Operations to identify opportunities and support restaurants that need a marketing boost.
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance, sales trends, and ROI.
• Evaluate digital marketing, online ordering, delivery, and loyalty opportunities.
• Build practical marketing tools restaurant teams can use.
• Develop pre-opening, grand opening, and first 90-day marketing plans.
• Coordinate with Operations and franchise partners.
• Build local relationships that generate excitement and momentum.
