Job summary

Dot Compliance is building an agentic AI unit to deliver autonomous AI agents to pharma, biotech, and medical devices. We seek a proactive Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market and translate complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives for enterprise buyers.

You will partner with Product and Sales, create the launch playbook, and collaborate with Demand Gen to drive market adoption across overlapping time zones, including EMEA CET and US EST.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS/tech marketing and product marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build 0-to-1 go-to-market strategies for new agentic features.
• Develop positioning and narratives for agentic AI products.
• Partner with product and sales to translate AI capabilities into customer value.
• Collaborate with demand gen on campaigns, content, and programs.
• Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, battlecards).
• Track and report pipeline and revenue impact of agentic-unit marketing.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and strategy development.
• Stay current on AI trends in life sciences to inform strategy.
