Estate Yountville is redefining what it means to stay in Napa Valley, and we’re looking for a marketer who can bring that brand promise to life on property. The Resort Marketing Manager serves as the on-property marketing lead, responsible for translating brand and marketing strategy into a cohesive, elevated guest experience across the Estate. This role sits at the intersection of brand, design, and resort operations, ensuring that every guest-facing touchpoint reflects the identity, standards, and storytelling of the Estate. This role goes beyond coordination and is responsible for owning the physical expression of the brand, leading the marketing layer of on-property programming and events, and producing the creative assets that support both on-property and campaign-driven initiatives. You’ll work side-by-side with operations, F&B, guest experience, and leadership teams, while serving as the on-property partner to the broader marketing function. The role is ideal for a highly autonomous operator with a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of hospitality, and the ability to execute at a high level in a dynamic environment.
