Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, seeks a marketing leader to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s objectives. You will oversee marketing programs, coordinate advertising, and manage events to boost growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities include supervising marketing staff, budgeting, and collaborating with sales teams to drive performance. A strong background in foodservice marketing and team leadership is required.
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that are aligned and integrated with the company's strategic business plan. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the effective implementation of the company's marketing strategies and programs, marketing policies, advertising, event support and online promotions. Solves complex marketing problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where minimal standardization exists. Analyzes work-related situations and make decisions in an effective manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
4 - 6 Years Marketing with team lead or supervisory experience
Bachelors Marketing or related area
6 - 10 Years Marketing in foodservice industry with supervisory experience.
