Aptyou Pvt Ltd is a pioneering EdTech company that transforms early childhood education through engaging, technology-enabled learning experiences. Our flagship learning app, Apty, offers a research-backed, emotionally engaging approach to early literacy and cognitive development, making learning fun for children and stress-free for parents and educators.

As we expand our presence, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Manager – Academic Partnerships to lead our outreach efforts across educational institutions and early learning networks across the country.

Position Overview

As the Marketing Manager – Academic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal leadership role in crafting and executing marketing and institutional engagement strategies that promote Apty across schools, kindergartens, and early education centres.

You will work closely with the Founders and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and business development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, deep knowledge of the education sector, and a passion for making a meaningful impact through learning innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Outreach

  • Design and execute a targeted marketing strategy for the academic sector aligned with Apty's brand vision and growth goals.
  • Identify and prioritise key partnership opportunities with schools, nurseries, and early childhood institutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on educator needs, education trends, and regional behaviours.

Institutional Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and early education influencers.
  • Represent Apty at educational conferences, forums, and community events to build credibility and thought leadership.
  • Champion long-term collaborations with both public and private institutions.

Campaign Management & Program Execution

  • Plan and run impactful multi-channel campaigns (digital, B2B events, webinars) that drive awareness and adoption of Apty.
  • Lead successful rollouts of Apty programs within institutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop campaign materials that align with educational standards and brand identity.

Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring

  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team focused on institutional engagement.
  • Define KPIS and track performance metrics to optimise marketing impact and growth outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and agile team culture.

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on education or academic partnerships (B2B and B2C).
  • Proven success in managing institutional relationships, ideally in EdTech, publishing, or education services.
  • Experience in leading marketing teams and executing strategic initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of education marketing principles and audience behaviour.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate and act on insights.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about education.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam proficiency is highly preferred
