Role Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy and execution for VIS. The role involves digital marketing, team collaboration, lead generation, campaign execution, and strategic oversight of content and outreach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement marketing plans for F1, J1, and other study abroad programs
  • Generate and manage leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, and partner platforms
  • Build funnels and lead-nurturing workflows via email/SMS automation
  • Oversee branding, influencer collaborations, and digital PR
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance via analytics dashboards
  • Supervise freelance marketers or consultants working on lead generation
  • Plan and promote webinars, seminars, and virtual events
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts convert to enrollments

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing in education sector
  • Experience with lead generation tools, paid campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
  • Strong command of SEO/SEM, social media strategies, and content calendars
  • Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills
  • Proven experience in handling education-based marketing or international programs preferred
