Role Description
- You’ll own our early go-to-market: develop strategy, run campaigns, and turn insights into growth.
- You’ll lead content, social, email, and lightweight paid experiments, partner with design to ship clear landing pages, and align with product/sales so messaging matches what users love.
What you'll do
- Define ICPs and messaging (ADHD-friendly, wellness-safe).
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (content, social, email, partnerships, light paid).
- Build and run an editorial/content calendar (posts, blog, short video, newsletters).
- Ship and optimize landing pages (SEO basics, A/B tests, clear CTAs).
- Stand up simple lifecycle flows (welcome, activation, re-engagement).
- Track funnel metrics (traffic → signup → activation), report learnings, and iterate.
- Coordinate with design/PM to keep brand, product, and website in sync; guide interns/contractors as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Skills in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
- Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and email marketing
- Ability to coordinate with design and production teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
