What You’ll Be Doing

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Own and execute full-funnel digital strategies across paid media, organic content, SEO, email marketing, and more.
  • Plan and manage performance-driven ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn) to optimize traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Lead the strategy and creation of compelling social media content, email newsletters, and automated drip campaigns that nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to align messaging and brand voice.
  • Measure and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Zoho CRM, presenting actionable insights and clear reporting.
  • Stay on top of emerging tools, trends, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Create, manage, and maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Support the ideation and execution of multi-channel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
