This position will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and developing our current team of Home Health Marketers across multiple locations. We are looking for someone who understands the home health industry, knows how to build strong referral relationships, and can help marketers turn activity into consistent admissions and census growth.
The ideal candidate is someone who has personally succeeded in healthcare marketing and can use that experience to guide others. This is a hands‑on leadership position. The Marketing Manager will monitor marketer performance, identify areas for improvement, assist with difficult accounts or markets, and provide marketers with the tools, direction, and accountability they need to succeed.
We are looking for someone who understands that successful home health marketing is about more than making stops. The right candidate will understand how to build meaningful referral relationships, maintain accounts, identify opportunities, overcome objections, and convert marketing activity into actual patient admissions.
This person should be comfortable working directly with marketers in the field, reviewing their performance, helping them improve their approach, and stepping in when additional support is needed.
