Job summary

Bridge Investment Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive occupancy and strengthen the Bridge Senior Living brand across 19+ communities. You will translate strategy into executable programs, collaborate with operations, sales, and executives, and manage digital, print, and events to support lead generation and growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably supporting a multi-site portfolio.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with detail orientation.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, CMS, email platforms, Google Analytics, social tools, and Canva.

  • Support acquisitions, dispositions, and new community onboarding for seamless brand transitions.
  • Track budgets, marketing performance, and campaign analytics across multiple projects.
  • Build trusted relationships with community teams, agency partners, and executive leadership.

As the Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving occupancy and strengthening the Bridge Senior Living brand across our 19+ and growing portfolio of senior living communities. This role is designed for a highly organized marketing professional who thrives on turning strategy into execution, building strong partnerships, and delivering marketing programs that make a measurable impact.

You will serve as the primary connection between the Support Center Marketing and our community leaders, partnering closely with operations, sales, executive leadership, and agency partners to bring marketing initiatives to life. From digital marketing and social media to event marketing, reputation management, email campaigns, and sales enablement, your work will directly support lead generation, occupancy growth, and the exceptional experience Bridge is known for.

What You’ll Do

What You Should Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably supporting a multi-site portfolio or multi-location organization.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, content management systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and online creative platforms such as Canva.
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics, budgeting, and campaign performance reporting.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across community teams, agency partners, and executive leadership.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for delivering high-quality work and driving results.

Retirement

Time Away From Work

Parental Leave
  • Following six (6) months of employment, eligible employees may receive:
    • Four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as a primary caregiver, or
    • Two (2) weeks of paid parental leave as a secondary caregiver.
  • Following two (2) years of employment, eligible primary caregivers may receive up to twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement.
Learning & Development
  • Tuition Reimbursement of up to $5,000 per year for pre‑approved education expenses.
    • Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months.
