Bridge Investment Group seeks a Manager of Application Support to lead a 3+ person team delivering high-quality support across essential multifamily property management applications. You will oversee ServiceNow operations, escalate as needed, and drive improvements for 170+ properties.
You will serve as SME for Yardi platforms, manage user access, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to implement enhancements, onboarding/offboarding, and release testing.

You’ll work closely with Technology leadership, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless application performance across a growing portfolio. This role plays a key part in scaling support operations, improving processes, and enhancing the overall technology experience for the organization.
