HIFI's marketing team helps fintechs, banks, and financial institutions understand how stablecoin payments can work for their business and why HIFI is the right infrastructure to build on. The team works closely with sales and product to reach the companies that will benefit most from HIFI, through programs, events, content, and the website. As more institutions begin moving money on stablecoin rails, the team's work determines how many of them start that journey with HIFI.
The Marketing Manager leads this work day to day. You'll plan and run the programs that introduce HIFI to new customers, and you'll measure their impact on how our business grows. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership: you'll execute programs yourself, manage the marketing budget and tools, and work directly with sales to understand which efforts lead to lasting customer relationships. You'll also help leadership decide where to invest next based on what's working.
Most institutions evaluating stablecoin payments are doing it for the first time, and the companies they hear from early are often the ones they choose. This is a chance to build how HIFI reaches those institutions at the point when the market is forming, and to see your work show up directly in the customers HIFI signs and the business it grows.
Must be within a commutable distance from our office and able to work in person most days of the week.
