Job description

Channel Marketing Manager - Austin, TX

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to serve as the primary driver of partner marketing strategy and execution within our growing go-to-market organization. This role is responsible for developing and managing channel marketing programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue across Togetherwork's portfolio of software products. The Channel Marketing Manager partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams to build scalable co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies that strengthen Togetherwork's partner ecosystem and expand market reach.

What you’ll do
Channel Marketing Strategy & Partner Ecosystem
  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies and programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue across Togetherwork's portfolio of software products
  • Build deep understanding of partner needs, goals, and go-to-market motions to ensure programs are relevant, timely, and effective
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through new and existing partner relationships
  • Present channel marketing plans, performance insights, and GTM recommendations to cross‑functional leadership
Co‑Marketing Campaigns & Execution
  • Plan and manage integrated co‑marketing campaigns with strategic partners, including webinars, events, digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation initiatives
  • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring programs are executed on schedule and within scope
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint messaging, campaign assets, and distribution strategies that drive measurable results
Partner Enablement & Asset Development
  • Create and maintain partner‑facing marketing assets, campaign toolkits, messaging frameworks, and enablement resources that support partner success
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure partner-facing content accurately reflects product positioning and value propositions
  • Equip partners with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively promote and sell Togetherwork solutions in their markets
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Business Development to align channel marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Serve as the connective link between internal teams and partner organizations, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution
  • Contribute to partner planning cycles, QBRs, and joint GTM planning sessions
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across partner programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize program effectiveness and ROI
  • Maintain accurate records of program plans, campaign performance data, and partner engagement metrics
  • Use data and dashboards to monitor pipeline impact and identify opportunities to improve channel marketing outcomes
AI‑Enabled & Data‑Driven Ways of Working
  • Leverage approved AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, content production, and research workflows
  • Use data, dashboards, and AI‑supported insights to monitor program performance and identify opportunities early
  • Continuously build AI literacy and apply AI‑enabled practices as part of day‑to‑day work
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline marketing workflows
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation within a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful partner marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, co‑marketing strategies, and partner enablement
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, webinar, and event channels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy into clear, compelling partner‑facing messaging and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable program improvements
  • Takes ownership and drives programs forward without being asked
  • Builds trust through consistency, clear communication, and follow‑through
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team‑oriented culture
  • Comfortable with camera‑on meetings and executive‑level communication
  • Organized, analytical, and execution‑focused with attention to detail
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Payments, and Customer Success teams
  • Experience marketing payments or embedded financial services is a plus
Why This Role
  • Own channel marketing for a portfolio of software products serving real communities across 12 verticals — with direct influence over how we grow through our partner ecosystem
  • Build and scale partner marketing programs with real ownership over strategy, execution, and outcomes
  • Work at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • Operate in an AI‑forward environment with access to modern tools that amplify your efficiency and impact
  • Contribute directly to measurable outcomes — partner‑sourced pipeline, product adoption, and market expansion — that matter to the business
Benefits

  • 100% Employer paid short/long term disability
  • Basic Life
  • 401(k) option with 100% company match up to 4%
