At Underline, we've rapidly built a culture around ownership, trust, community, and innovation. Underline is dedicated to cultivating a growth environment where people feel valued, work with a purpose of mission, are personally rewarded, and are professionally challenged.
Are you ready to join this team and transform American communities?
Underline was founded in 2019 with a singular mission: to ensure the vibrancy of our nation through building intelligent community infrastructure in a socially equitable manner. We work with American communities to design, finance, and construct open access fiber-optic networks. These networks are critical to secure internet access that’s fast, affordable, and fair. As open access networks, this infrastructure is also the essential foundation for distributed healthcare services, new wireless solutions, and resilient infrastructure including modernized water systems and responsible energy creation. Our first two projects are in Colorado Springs and Fountain, Colorado.

- Develop the Champion and referral program strategy—including messaging, materials, and recruitment across all segments: residential clients, businesses, HOAs, Chambers of Commerce, VIP contacts etc.
- Lead social media strategy-create content that builds community presence, drives organic engagement, and activates Champions, partners, and clients to amplify the brand through their own networks
- Manage public-facing social and review platforms (BBB, Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, Chamber profiles) engaging with reviews, testimonials, and comments to protect brand reputation
- Lead event strategy, vetting (ROI, audience, service area), and sponsorship, and oversee the end to end execution (materials, swag, giveaways, contact capture)
- Manage strategic relationships with HOAs, Chambers of Commerce, and VIP partners and serve as a public-facing representative for Underline-present at key events and activations, speaking confidently to the brand, its offerings, and its mission
- Synthesize field and competitive intelligence into actionable strategy
- Manage monthly marketing expense reporting (tracking and reconciliation), rolling up to the Director for final budget sign-off
