McMillen, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Manager with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of marketing proposal experience. The Marketing Manager will direct the development, organization, and production of proposals, presentation materials, resumes, and brochures. They will coordinate marketing activities, edit proposals and PowerPoint presentations, and prepare submittal documents. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, PR, communications, or English and possess a strong desire to grow personally and professionally with each marketing effort. The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and senior management in the development of high-quality, professional, and consistent proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents for Engineering and Construction projects.
