Position: Marketing Lead Generator
Location: Charleston, SC
Job Type: Remote(70%), Travel (30%)
Reports to: Regional Manager
Department: North American Operations
Position Purpose: Marketing Lead Generator will support the North America sales and marketing team to prospect, nurture, develop sales leads for on-site manufacturing services. This role will be exposure to all facets of business development, marketing and sales support. The successful candidate will have a knack for building relationships with people. He or she will be eager to gain experience in sales and marketing and be open to coaching in these areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
- Works safely at all times.
- Use various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dun & Bradstreet database, and others to find and contact potential sales leads meeting certain defined criteria.
- Develop and implement an outreach plan to introduce Leadec to potential leads. Building relationships with prospects and qualify leads to handoff to sales staff.
- Document outreach using Salesforce, meeting monthly KPIs.
- Support marketing team on trade show execution and lead capture onsite shows; develop a lead nurturing strategy for follow up on marketing leads.
- Support sales excellence team on data quality projects in Salesforce as well as gathering information for sales opportunities.
- Assist with the development and review of sales presentations before they are seen by the customer.
- Assist with updating marketing materials and review for accuracy and branding compliance.
- Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
- All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Some sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint) and LinkedIn required.
- High attention to detail and an eye for engaging marketing design and branding.
- Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
- Outgoing, team-player who can also self-motivate and work independently.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organization.
- Experience with email marketing software and Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- This position will require 30% travel.
