Aramark is seeking a Student Worker - Functional in Ohio to assist with cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and orderly environment that meets client expectations. The role emphasizes following established procedures, safety rules, and proper handling of trash disposal.

This hourly position offers benefits and opportunities to develop practical skills within a busy operations team. Applicants should be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state, local, federal, and Aramark regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company assets

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $11.00 to $11.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
