The role provides hands-on exposure to marketing initiatives, community relations, and utility operations, with opportunities to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support industry, market, economic, legislative, and community research projects to support departmental initiatives.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data for reports, presentations, and project summaries.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, information packets, and customer communications.
• Support coordination of meetings, stakeholder events, community outreach activities, and customer visits.
• Maintain records, databases, project files, and customer or stakeholder information.
• Assist with responding to customer, community, and stakeholder inquiries under supervision.
