Job summary

Capital City Bank in Tennessee offers a Marketing Intern position as part of a structured 12-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in marketing and banking. You will learn across the department, work with a mentor, complete a capstone project, receive feedback, and build professional skills such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00-4:00 / Friday 10:00-3:00.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business or marketing program or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Demonstrated reliability, curiosity and initiative.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
Experience working on team-based projects.

Responsibilities

Support defined team projects and initiatives.
Conduct research and summarize findings.
Analyze information and develop recommendations.
Prepare presentations, reports, or other business materials.
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas.
Assist with process improvement or documentation.
Collaborate with team members on a defined project.
Complete a capstone project aligned with the organization's needs and the intern's learning objectives.
