Job summary

HungryPanda in Chicago seeks a part-time intern to support offline marketing campaigns, promoting our app, products, and campaigns in university campuses and Chinese communities, while helping with user growth and partnerships.

You will coordinate campus events, distribute materials, collect feedback, and assist with WeChat engagement; strong communication, energy, and teamwork are essential; you may qualify for full-time offers and CPT/OPT sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and proactive with strong communication and teamwork.
• Creative, willing to experiment and learn.
• Familiar with US Chinese communities; Xiaohongshu/RED or poster design experience is a plus.
• OPT/CPT supported for legal work authorization.
• Minimum three-month commitment.
• Valid driver license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deeply engage campus, Chinese community, and commercial districts with offline promotions to boost brand awareness.
• Assist planning, preparation and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, gifts, display items).
• Participate in campus orientation, club activities, and community markets for execution and support.
• Collect user feedback and market data, preparing recommendations to optimize campaigns.
• Support the marketing team on other brand promotion and user growth initiatives.

• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Conduct in‑person promotional activities in high‑traffic areas, including university campuses, residential communities, and local events.
• Introduce the app, products, and promotional campaigns to potential users and assist with user acquisition efforts.
• Help develop and maintain partnerships with university clubs/student associations for campus promotions.
• Support WeChat community management, engagement, and promotional activities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing on‑ground promoters and collecting campaign performance data.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the marketing team.

Job Requirements

• Outgoing, proactive, with strong communication, execution, and teamwork skills.
• Creative, willing to experiment, and full of passion.
• Familiar with the US Chinese community and university networks. Experience in Xiaohongshu (RED) operations or poster design is a plus.
• Must have legal work authorization (OPT/CPT supported).
• Able to commit to a minimum of three months.
• Have a valid driver licence and a vehicle.

• 具备较强的执行力和责任心，能够适应线下推广工作；
• 实习期间需持有合法工作身份，支持CPT/OPT；
