Job summary

HungryPanda in the United States seeks a motivated Marketing Intern to support campus promotions and user growth. You will assist the marketing team with planning campaigns, executing in-person activities on university campuses, residential communities, and local events, and help introduce the app and promotions to potential users.

Candidates should be outgoing and proactive, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Conduct in-person promotional activities in high-traffic areas, including university campuses, residential communities, and local events.
• Introduce the app, products, and promotional campaigns to potential users and assist with user acquisition efforts.
• Help develop and maintain partnerships with university clubs/student associations for campus promotions.
• Support WeChat community management, engagement, and promotional activities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing on-ground promoters and collecting campaign performance data.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the marketing team.

Job Requirements

• Outgoing, proactive, with strong communication, execution, and teamwork skills.
• Creative, willing to experiment, and full of passion.
• Familiar with the US Chinese community and university networks. Experience in Xiaohongshu (RED) operations or poster design is a plus.
• Must have legal work authorization (OPT/CPT supported).
• Able to commit to a minimum of three months.
• Have a valid driver licence and a vehicle.

任职要求

• 性格开朗外向，积极主动，善于与陌生人交流沟通；
• 具备良好的沟通表达能力、人际交往能力及团队协作意识；
• 熟悉当地华人社区、校园环境或学生群体者优先；
• 有互联网实习经验、校园大使、学生社团、地推活动、市场营销相关经验者优先；
• 具备较强的执行力和责任心，能够适应线下推广工作；
• 实习期间需持有合法工作身份，支持CPT/OPT；
• 优秀实习生可有机会获得正式岗位面试或转正机会。
