Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) in the United States is seeking a Brand Marketing Intern to help develop messaging for PlayStation experiences and games. You will work with the Global Brand Marketing team to translate audience insights into creative concepts and campaigns across channels.

You'll gain hands-on experience in audience research, campaign development, and brand messaging while supporting global marketing initiatives for PlayStation products.

Role Summary:

Join the Global Brand Marketing team at Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) and gain hands‑on experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns that connect PlayStation with players around the world.

Our team develops marketing strategy, campaigns, and creative work for PlayStation and its hardware platforms, collaborating across teams to create messaging that resonates with different player audiences.

As a Brand Marketing Intern, you'll work alongside marketing professionals to turn audience insights into creative messaging ideas that highlight games, experiences, and PlayStation benefits. You'll gain practical experience in audience research, campaign development, and brand messaging while contributing to projects that support global marketing initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review audience research and campaign insights to better understand different player groups, their interests, and preferences.

• Collaborate with the Global Brand Marketing team to develop messaging ideas that connect games, experiences, and PlayStation benefits with what matters most to players.

• Explore how messaging concepts can be applied across marketing campaigns and PlayStation's own communication channels.

• Create a flexible messaging template that the team can use and adapt for future marketing initiatives.

• Support the implementation of marketing ideas and review campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Gain hands‑on experience with brand strategy, audience insights, and campaign development while learning how marketing teams create messaging for global audiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Marketing or Advertising emphasis preferred.

• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Passion for entertainment and gaming is highly recommended.

Eligibility:

• Students with expected graduation between May 2026 and December 2029 from an accredited university. MBA

• Able to work during one of the following periods: May 17th - August 6th or June 14th - September 3rd. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

• Must be available for the entire 12‑week internship period.

At this time, SIE will only consider applicants who are authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from SIE now or in the future to maintain their authorization to work in the United States.

Our intern positions offer a fixed hourly pay rate. Please note that the pay rate is exclusive to the internship period and may not reflect what pay may look like following the completion of an internship.

Intern Pay Range

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job‑related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$43.75 — $43.75 USD
