Responsibilities

• Research customers, industries, competitors, and market developments.
• Draft social posts, articles, emails, case studies, and recruiting content.
• Capture photos/videos from company activity.
• Support campaign, event, and content-production logistics.
• Maintain content and performance data accurately.
• Turn notes and interviews into clear drafts.
• Help prepare sales and recruiting materials.
• Measure results and summarize what worked and what to try next.
• Own a scoped project from plan through handoff.
