Felix Construction is seeking a Marketing Intern for Summer 2027 who will contribute to our marketing and employer branding efforts while enrolled in a related program. You'll support content creation, asset management, and communications across both field and office teams in Phoenix, AZ.

You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship from leaders, and exposure to multiple departments within a growing, employee‑owned company. Future full-time opportunities may arise upon graduation.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Interested in professional services marketing, employer branding, or storytelling in a growing organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn.
• Organized with good time management skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with a variety of personalities and departments.

Aufgaben

• Support the Marketing team with content creation for social media, internal communications, and employer branding.
• Assist with photography, videography, and “Day in the Life” content across field and office teams.
• Help coordinate and organize marketing assets, templates, and project photos.
• Draft and edit internal and external communications, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support special projects such as company events, community involvement initiatives, and branding efforts.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, and Operations teams to tell the Felix story.
• Complete an assigned marketing project and present your results to the team.
• Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and how marketing supports growth.
• Work out of our Phoenix, AZ office.
