MicroGenDX in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Marketing Intern for a part-time, non-exempt, hourly role lasting 6 months. You will report to the Director of Marketing and gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, social media, and analytics.

You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, produce engaging content, and assist with day-to-day marketing operations while developing practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Current enrollment in college/university.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for website, blog, and social channels.
• Manage and grow social media presence and schedule posts.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and customer preferences.
• Assist in creating and optimizing email campaigns.
• Support SEO and SEM activities and paid campaigns.
• Monitor marketing metrics and prepare campaign reports.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align efforts.
