Andersen Corporation in Minnesota invites motivated students for a multi-rotational internship across Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to gain a broad view of how these functions collaborate to drive demand and deliver customer value.

Preferred candidates are pursuing a degree in sales or marketing with a 3.0 GPA, strong teamwork and communication skills, and authorization to work in the US. Interns will complete a project, present insights, and may participate in our Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in sales, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical, Web/Computer, Problem Solving and Project Management are preferred skills.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• The intern will be assigned a project deliverable that has real value for the business and provides a focused learning experience.
• Each role will require skills in compiling and analyzing data to make recommendations that result in delivering solid business solutions
• Example projects include leading marketplace analyses, developing product launch support plans, optimizing customer experience events and making loyalty program recommendations.
• At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will prepare and deliver a presentation that ties together key insights and accomplishments across the 3 functional rotations.
