Job summary

Nooter/Eriksen, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern for a 12-week, 2027 Summer Internship Program running from late May to early August. The role includes hands-on exposure to dashboards, data analysis, CRM data management, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Interns will gain experience with Power BI/Tableau, SQL data extraction, email marketing, and event planning, while interacting with senior leadership and exploring future employment opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Completion of three (3) years pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, MIS, Data Analytics, CS, or related field.
• Experience in videography, social media posting, and creating content.
• Ability to listen, take direction, work independently and in a team.
• Solid communication skills and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create Power BI or Tableau dashboards to track campaign, website, and lead-gen KPIs.
• Write SQL queries to analyze customer and campaign data for trends.
• Audit, clean, and segment CRM data to improve quality for marketing efforts.
• Assist in building and testing email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journey automations.
• Prepare recurring reports on campaign performance and lead conversion metrics with optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate and plan marketing events and golf tournaments.
• Draft internal and external emails for Aftermarket campaigns.
• Prepare swag bags for events and meetings.
• Draft social media posts for upcoming holidays and events.
• Interview interns and current employees for LinkedIn highlights.
