Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business Admin or Advertising degree, graduating 2027 or 2028.
• Strong accountability and drive.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data to derive insights and present them.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in brand development, digital marketing, and GTM strategies.
• Support brand strategy, media planning, and competitive analysis for Henkel brands.
• Assist with content strategy, creation, and digital asset organization.
• Manage and activate promotional catalogs across platforms.
• Contribute to customer presentations and support key meetings.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support digital innovation/eCommerce growth.
