Position Overview

Our Marketing Internship offers hands-on, immersive experience for individuals’ interest in pursuing a career in marketing within the financial services industry. This role provides exposure to real-world marketing initiatives and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s growth.

The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including social media management, event coordination, market research, and performance analytics. This position introduces interns to modern marketing platforms, creative tools, and compliance considerations within a regulated industry.

This role is ideal for someone interested in developing both creative and analytical marketing skills in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms.
• Support the development and execution of email campaigns and firm newsletters.
• Assist with basic graphic design and visual content creation.
• Support video editing and multimedia content development.
• Help coordinate and execute client events (webinars, in-person events, etc.)
• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics (email, social media, website analytics.)
• Assist with website updates and content maintenance.
• Support paid promotions and digital advertising efforts.
• Assist with marketing-related compliance submissions and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
• Exposure to design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
