SpawGlass is seeking a Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting marketing, media production, communications, and project acquisitions that showcase our projects, people, and culture. Working with experienced marketing professionals, you will assist with content creation, proposal support, graphic design, photography, videography, and brand management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related program.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Assist with content creation and media production workflows.
• Support proposal submissions, RFQ/P, and brand communications.
• Coordinate marketing projects and manage content assets.

Your Background

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related program preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and engage professionally with a variety of stakeholders
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to supporting team goals
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
• Professional appearance and conduct
