Job summary

Overton Industries in Mooresville, IN is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support the creation of training videos, employee engagement materials, and recruitment content that strengthen communication and brand presence.

You will produce shop-floor training videos, Day in the Life content to highlight employee roles, and internal graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including content creation, branding, and audience engagement.
• Foundational experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Education: Current high school student or pursuing a degree related to Marketing/Digital Media/Graphic Design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce shop-floor training videos, including onboarding modules and HR process walkthroughs.
• Create “Day in the Life” video content to highlight employee roles and workplace culture.
• Design employee engagement materials such as holiday flyers, internal communications, and event graphics.
• Support recruitment efforts by creating career fair content, apprenticeship materials, and internship program visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to execute multimedia initiatives.
• Maintain and update forms, training assets, and other internal documentation as needed.
• Ensure all media aligns with brand standards and supports organizational communication goals.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to edit video, design graphics, and produce high-quality content.
