Position Summary

Lake Air Products is seeking a motivated, curious, and creative Marketing Intern to support our growing marketing and business development efforts. This internship offers hands‑on experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing within a manufacturing environment, with opportunities to contribute to digital marketing, and content development to create case studies and customer stories.

The Marketing Intern will help strengthen Lake Air Products’ digital presence and develop compelling content that communicates our capabilities and value to prospective and existing customers. This role offers an opportunity to work across departments, learn how marketing supports business growth, and use emerging technologies and AI tools to research markets and identify opportunities.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and eager to turn research and insights into actionable marketing initiatives.

• Conduct digital marketing research, including AI search visibility assessments, website analytics, and identification of opportunities to improve online visibility and engagement.
• Perform competitive and market research, evaluate competitor positioning and capabilities, and share insights and recommendations with the Sales team.
• Assist with website management, content updates, customer segmentation, and target-account research using available customer data.
• Develop and update marketing content and sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, capabilities documents, and case studies highlighting Lake Air Products’ Aerospace, Medical Device, and Critical Infrastructure markets.
• Support email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn content development, and initiatives to strengthen brand consistency and online engagement.
• Assist with trade show planning, promotional materials, and marketing communications in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
• Leverage AI tools and digital technologies to support market research, content development, data analysis, and continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Currently enrolled in a college, university, technical, or related educational program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant coursework or experience in marketing, digital media, or communications preferred.
• Ability to work approximately 10 hours per week from January-June, with the potential of increased hours and responsibility after June 2027
• Proven ability to develop and support marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital content across multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to research information, identify trends, and summarize findings.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, AI, websites, and B2B marketing.
• Experience with website content management systems.
• Familiarity with AI search tools and generative AI.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools.
• Demonstrated interest in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or B2B sales and marketing.
