Job summary

Consoliplex in Lexington, KY is seeking a Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience. You will support content creation, events, CRM updates, and marketing operations under the Director of Marketing.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or Business, with proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, HubSpot CRM, and basic video editing. Flexible 10-15 hours per week and $25/hour offered.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM via coursework or internships is preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and basic video editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement content.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, photos, videos, and digital files.
• Edit short videos for internal communications and social media.
• Support conference and event preparation, including promotional materials and logistics.
• Assist with HubSpot CRM updates, email marketing campaigns, contact management, and reporting.
• Conduct market research to support marketing initiatives for local chambers.
• Update website content and proofread marketing materials.
• Track marketing activities and prepare basic reports.

As the Marketing Intern, you will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Partnerships to support internal marketing initiatives, communications, and marketing operations. This position provides hands‑on experience in a professional business environment while assisting with content creation, event preparation, CRM management, and a variety of marketing projects that support the organization's growth and engagement efforts.

As the Marketing Intern, you will:

• Create graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement content.
