Job Title: Marketing Head – Brand & Lead Generation (B2B)
Location: Metro (Hybrid)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Premium B-School Graduate Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Open, up to ₹12 LPA (60:40 ratio negotiable)

training solutions and technology. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head with a strong
background in B2B lead generation and a proven ability to leverage AI for marketing innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute strategic LinkedIn marketing campaigns and messaging to generate

high-quality corporate leads.

  • Design targeted campaigns, ensuring consistent pipeline growth for B2B clients.

2. Brand Building

  • Establish the organization as a thought leader in Corporate Training and LMS sectors.
  • Build and enhance brand presence through innovative, data-driven strategies.

3. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn with a

focus on measurable ROI.
4. Content Strategy & SEO

  • Lead SEO and content strategies to boost organic traffic and drive lead generation.
  • Oversee the creation of impactful marketing collaterals, blogs, and case studies.

5. Campaign Collaterals & Interactive Media

  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and gamified demos, to

support lead generation efforts.
6. Thought Leadership & Influencer Partnerships

  • Drive thought leadership campaigns on LinkedIn and collaborate with industry influencers to

enhance brand authority.
7. Hyper-Personalized Marketing

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns with industry-specific case studies and solutions for effective engagement.

8. AI Tools and Analytics

  • Leverage modern AI-powered tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and analytics for

marketing optimization.
9. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 members across design, content, and digital strategies.
  • Work closely with external agencies and cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate from a premier B-School preferred.
  • Experience:

o At least 5 years in B2B lead generation with a focus on corporate training or service
industries.
o Demonstrable expertise in crafting and executing successful lead-generation
strategies as a key deliverable.

  • Technical Proficiency:

o Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, SEO, PPC, and AI-driven tools
for marketing.
o Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics for campaign performance
tracking.

  • Leadership Skills:

o Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, with a hands-on approach to execution.
o Experience managing cross-functional collaborations and external partnerships.

  • Mindset:

o ROI-focused and data-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
o Adaptable to the fast-paced dynamics of a startup or growth-oriented organization.
