Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications or related area.
• General understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media.
• Experience with marketing, design or content management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and growth initiatives through proposals, presentations, collateral, graphics and other materials.
• Coordinate prospect research, prep meeting materials and other resources for growth opportunities.
• Pull together opportunity-specific materials for meetings and proposals.
• Keep marketing resources current, organized and on-brand.
• Conduct prospect, industry and market research to support growth initiatives.
• Coordinate print materials, promotional items and giveaways, including production and inventory.
• Write, edit and proof website content, bios, emails and other communications.
• Create and update graphics using Canva and other tools.
• Support marketing campaigns and webinars from setup through follow-up.
