Arona Home Essentials in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Marketing & Growth Associate to help grow the business, deliver outstanding customer service, and create an exceptional customer experience on the showroom floor and beyond.

You’ll build relationships with customers, process payments and lease agreements, assist on the showroom floor, answer calls, and support marketing outreach while helping identify sales opportunities alongside the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and enjoys working with people.
• Motivated to succeed and earn performance-based bonuses.
• Organized with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Professional with excellent phone and customer service skills.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift, move, and transport merchandise as part of daily responsibilities.
• Bilingual? That's a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Process customer payments and lease agreements.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide exceptional service.
• Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the right team members.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Support marketing efforts and customer outreach campaigns.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
