People Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer, Marketing to join the TRX Marketing Design team and support Picksy, a new offering.

You will conceptualize and execute clear, compelling visuals across digital marketing channels, with opportunities to assist print, event, partnership, and special projects.

This is an assignment-based, on-site role in Des Moines (Des Moines Office). It runs 20 hours per week from ASAP for three months, with an hourly rate of $30.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio demonstrates strong visual design across digital marketing, campaign, or brand work.
• Experience designing for emails, display ads, social and landing pages.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual communication principles.

Aufgaben

• Design digital marketing assets including emails, display ads, social assets, GIFs, and landing pages.
• Apply typography, color, imagery and layout to create clear marketing communications.
• Develop scalable campaign creative across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Refine Picksy’s visual brand system across marketing touchpoints.
• Translate briefs and goals into polished visual assets; support testing and optimization.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
