Judit Inc. is seeking a skilled Marketing Finance Analyst to drive financial analyses of marketing programs and budget allocations. You will partner with teams to optimize spend, forecast MDF needs, and provide actionable insights based on ROI and KPI data.

Responsibilities include consolidating MDF forecasts, reporting on budgets, and presenting financial performance to leadership. This is a fully onsite role based in Mooresville, NC, with strong emphasis on data accuracy and cross-functional

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years progressively responsible experience required.
• Strong business analytical skills, financial acumen, and budget management know-how.
• Ability to aggregate and consolidate data from disparate sources.
• Experience with budget management and presenting financial information to management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Analyze and evaluate marketing programs and develop improvements based on ROI, KPI, and performance data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan marketing and promotion spend for ROI and alignment with goals.
• Improve MDF management, including data housing, communication, and variance management.
• Consolidate MDF forecasts for monthly targeting and annual planning by account and category.
• Analyze historical marketing performance to identify improvements and innovations.
• Deliver data-driven insights of marketing programs to internal stakeholders.
• Publish daily, bi-weekly, and monthly MDF reports, budget status, forecasts, and channel spend analysis.
• Assess strategic initiative programs using profit and ROI analysis and provide leadership with recommendations.
